Organizational Leadership Series

I’ve pulled together some of the work I did during my Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership — a mix of videos from course projects and the papers that went with them. Some link to blog posts with full APA 7 references, while others are just stand-alone videos on a topic I thought was worth exploring. This isn’t meant to be a polished archive — more of a window into what I was working on and how I tried to bring the ideas to life.

A quick caveat: these were created for an academic audience, which meant I sometimes had to blend concepts, anonymize details, or even invent fictional organizations to get the point across while protecting confidential work. The material itself is rooted in real-world challenges I’ve lived and led through — I just presented it in a way that respected professional boundaries.

One exception is my piece on Teal Organizations. That one leans more into theory than practice for me, but I kept it in here because it highlights something important: there’s always more to learn, even when real-world examples aren’t as easy to find.

At the end of the day, though, I’m not an ivory-tower theorist. I’ve lived and breathed this stuff. The academic side gave me structure, language, and rigor — but my approach is always practical: ideas matter most when they’re put to work.

A Path to Effective Organizational Leadership

It emphasizes the value of self-awareness, adaptability, and evidence-based decision-making, showing how leaders can apply these tools to navigate challenges, inspire teams, and achieve sustained success.

Reflection on Disruptive, Discontinuous, and Displacement Innovation

This presentation reflects on disruptive, discontinuous, and displacement innovation, highlighting their differences, real-world examples, and strategic applications. It concludes with a personal reflection on the importance of fostering innovation culture, adaptive leadership, and organizational resilience.

Organizational Theory and Behavior

This work examines how organizations can thrive in the modern era by embracing agility, sustainability, and human-centered values through an Evolutionary-Teal framework. Using the fictional case of SunSpark Solutions, it illustrates the opportunities and challenges of self-management, transparency, and purpose-driven practices, supported by both research and a companion video.
